Heading up there this week. What is a good time to get to the track to see the workouts? Also, how long of a drive is it from Albany? It looks like that's where I'll be staying. Unless somebody has a suggestion of a place closer that will have last minute availability.

Training starts at 5:30...the renovation break is around 8:15 with the greatest concentration of breezes taking place right after the break.
Less than an hours drive from Albany...something in the neighborhood of 45minutes.
