Why aren't any Indians on steroids!?

clyde 08-21-2010 02:13 PM

The WigWam denizens are looking to extend that winning streak to one today.

The Tribe's sacrificial offering will be Josh Tomlin.

Let him use the batting practice screen for the game---is what I say.

clyde 08-21-2010 02:42 PM

Browns/Rams tonight.

Huge game.

Critical to the exhibition season play offs.

clyde 08-21-2010 11:10 PM

Indians lose.

Browns lose.

That's the news.

clyde 08-22-2010 02:24 PM

The Tribe is involved in yet another thriller...down only 7 and it's only the top of the 8th. They have roughed up Verlander for one run and six hits.Just haven't put it all together yet.

Will keep you updated.

clyde 08-22-2010 02:57 PM

Well the Indians got yet another hit off Verlander in the 8th and had him on the ropes, just couldn't deliver that ko punch.

They lose another 7 run game.....ssssssso close.

horseofcourse 08-23-2010 03:02 PM

August 23rd. A zero loss day in Cleveland sports.

clyde 08-23-2010 03:19 PM

Have faith,HC.

Someone will figure a way.

clyde 08-24-2010 05:03 PM

On the Ohio State front....Cryami fans are all hopped up and expecting to blow Ohio State out.

They are infiltrating Ohio State message bpoards...lifting up their skirts and begging for it.

But no one will touch them with even the ICU Trojans blow guns.

This is a disgusting, nefarious group of college fb fans. May The Ewe have yet another mediocre season.

clyde 08-24-2010 05:33 PM

Exhausto Carmona pitches for the tribe tonight.

He only gave up 7 runs in 3 innings last time out.

Is a threat to toss a 14 hitter any time he's on the mound.

clyde 08-25-2010 03:08 AM

They lost 5-0.

At least only one run would have beat them, but no....they have to show off.

horseofcourse 08-25-2010 12:02 PM

I can't wait 'til Masterson pitches. The anticipation is overwhelming.

clyde 08-25-2010 12:19 PM

Boy,you said it.

What's our magic number to clinch last place?

clyde 08-25-2010 04:01 PM

Uh-oh..don't see my last post here. Did I get lost in threads again?

Anyways...from the Browns underground news bureau; rumblings that Colt McCoy may not be real.

clyde 08-25-2010 07:15 PM

Bottom of the 4th..Tribe leads Oakland, 5-4.

In hits.

Let's leave it at that.

miraja2 08-25-2010 08:17 PM

I always believed that the Cleveland Browns were one of the more underrated teams on Nintendo's Tecmo Super Bowl. I was always quite adept at running with both Mack and Metcalf, and with Mike Johnson manning the middle linebacker position their defense could be very formidable.

Sure their passing attack wasn't particularly potent, but I definitely had a pretty good win percentage against my brother whenever I used them.

horseofcourse 08-25-2010 08:38 PM

they're becoming boringly consistent clyde....down by 5 again headed to the 9th. It's that type of consistency that you need to develop. ON the brght side, they have one major league player currently on the roster....the Korean....now represented by Scott Boras....time left in cleveland...5, 4, 3, 2..........

Let's leave Ricky "Wild Thing" Vaughn out of this.

clyde 08-26-2010 01:12 PM

We traded him for exrecise riders to be named later.

clyde 08-26-2010 02:49 PM

The Wahoo's take on the A's again tonight.

All hitters going to the batters box get to choose their way out. I think Hafner has chosen "blindfold.".

I recall Hargrove went with "life at the plate."

miraja2 08-26-2010 03:16 PM

Cleveland sports are so bad....this thread needs a good old-fashioned bumping.

miraja2 08-26-2010 03:16 PM

bump

clyde 08-26-2010 03:17 PM

Leading off tonight will be Player To Be Named Later.

This guy is so embarrassing that no one knows his name.

clyde 08-26-2010 08:52 PM

Oh my God.

thud

YEAH BABY!! It's not even September yet, he hasn't missed a start and picked up his 5th win. What a night! At this pace he'll finish out the year with 33 starts and 6 wins.

clyde 08-26-2010 10:13 PM

yes!!!!

go Tribe!!

Bat Masterson!!..you hang in there!!

clyde 08-27-2010 04:41 AM

The Indians have not lost a game since August 25,2010.

tsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!

horseofcourse 08-27-2010 12:27 PM

The series we've been waiting for clyde....head to head with the Royals. They can certainly clinch last place this weekend and maintain their goal of 11-24 the rest of the way to get the magic 100 losses. I am impressed with the reverse acumen of the front office. They get much better cumulative talent in trades of Ben Broussard, Eduardo Perez, Casey Blake and Mark DaRosa than in trades of CC Sabathia, Cliff Lee, and Victor Martinez.

clyde 08-27-2010 12:55 PM

Fine work.

I always said Shapiro was a dyslexic.

You know what I fear is clandestinely going on here? Kevin No Act is going around the country and talking to cooks, bank tellers, mechanics and inmates who played a year or two of little league;telling them.." I know you won't believe this, but--I think you are supposed to come with me...there's this really nice baseball field."

clyde 08-27-2010 09:57 PM

Something's wrong.

Have to check things out and let you know.

clyde 08-27-2010 10:28 PM

Reports coming out of Cleevland are correct.

Now if you all will excuse me....

thud!!!!!!!

horseofcourse 08-28-2010 10:41 AM

I'm confused.

clyde 08-28-2010 10:55 AM

NO!!

You're supposed to say something scary!

clyde 08-28-2010 11:24 AM

Oh I have to show you how to do everything:

clyde 08-28-2010 08:04 PM

Bronws get whacked by Lions.

Well, they were 10 up at halftime when Delhomme played!! They have seemed to have mastered the art of fumbling this year which is good.

the Cleveland Indians still have not lost since august 25th, 2010.
