FTFY

Graded stakes are not bad and we couldn't expect anyone to belly up and face uncle mo. Best thing that could happen is the jock falls off at the start, lands on his feet and Uncle Mo continues his work and wins by 30 setting a new track record and continues to gallop out and finishes 12 furlongs in 2:23. And my 100 show bet on Stormin Norman pays a cool 2 grand.

Does this mean that you aren't impressed with the fact that the 11 horses in the race who aren't Watch Me Go have 6 combined dirt wins?

I particularly like the five outside horses in the IL Derby, who are a combined 0-18 in main track races, and 1-24 overall.

Why don't they got Super Betting for the Carter? Just was looking and only mentions Ex/Tri

Least we get a Pick 3 of R8-10

There is an entry, NY State wagering law does not allow superfecta betting in races with an entry.

NTamm1215 04-07-2011 10:16 PM

Thought this was worthy of posting. Maybe their sons can be the Wood exacta.

The Indomitable DrugS 04-07-2011 10:22 PM

Inosencio Diego's ROI is almost too low to even believe. He can stop a train.

I've been following OP this year and you're right, he's atrocious. In fact, most of the riders at OP are awful.

I'm still convinced to this day that the only reason we got 2.3 to 1 on Fusaichi Pegasus was because the Washington Capitals vs. Pittsburgh Penguins playoff game ran long, and like 90% of the nation never saw his Wood win other than a 4 second iso shot of him in the stretch after ABC showed the Blue Grass and was going to commercial.

Also, his win at SA vs The Deputy. Most people on horsey boards seemed to think The Deputy put up this great fight, when I thought Fupeg absolutely toyed with him, despite the small margin of victory.

Sightseek 04-08-2011 07:22 PM

Hey IC!

Apparently Repole wasn't a fan of your favorite horsey prior to Mo.

Yeah, I saw that awhile ago.

He came to his senses though!

I heard him say in an interview that he loves IC so much now, that he'd buy him if he was available.

That is some funky stuff that Isn't He Perfect eats.

No reason Full of Scoundrels can't get a piece in the Wood.

Super plays

Mo/Toby/FoS/All
Mo/all/Toby/FoS
Mo/Toby/all/FoS

There's actually a very good reason he can't.

Dahoss 04-09-2011 11:36 AM

Sort of pissed the Repole entry scratched out of the Carter.

FYI, with the entry scratched there is superfecta wagering on the Carter now.

Ya wished they would have scratched yesterday instead. I budgeted without the Super so forget about it LOL

Betsy 04-09-2011 03:49 PM

I would have liked to have seen what Buffum could do with a decent trip. I'm not sure he would have won, but he was shut off for most of the race and then when he switched outside, he didn't have much room. I'm not sure he would have won, but I think he would have been closer

outofthebox 04-09-2011 04:10 PM

No surprise he emptied out late with that trip! Brutal

outofthebox 04-09-2011 04:12 PM

Waiting to see how Kensei runs off that wide trip to Misrembered. Cutback to one turn should help...

ateamstupid 04-09-2011 04:28 PM

Kensei blows. Morning Line is going to be tough to beat at one turn this year.

randallscott35 04-09-2011 04:53 PM

Been a Toby fan for a long time. Very happy for Motion....Screw you Repole.

ateamstupid 04-09-2011 04:54 PM

Watch Mo stop!

somerfrost 04-09-2011 04:54 PM

Goodbye Uncle MO....finishes a tired third!

randallscott35 04-09-2011 04:54 PM

That Indian Charlie blood kicked in.

Betsy 04-09-2011 04:55 PM

Ugh, thought Arthur's Tale had it - kind of hung, though of course he went about 6 wide. Uncle Mo did not look good at all - he was staggering.

tiggerv 04-09-2011 04:55 PM

Easy pace 1:12...no excuses

keithting 04-09-2011 04:56 PM

Great ride by Eddie C !!!!!

kgar311 04-09-2011 04:56 PM

And thats what you get when you put your horse in paid workouts and dont battle test them. You take their heart away

Dahoss 04-09-2011 04:57 PM

Someone might need to talk Indian Charlie off a bridge tonight.

shanej974 04-09-2011 04:59 PM

Uncle Slo Mo was still better then Blame and Zenyatta on Breeders Cup Day....right....I mean he would have beaten those two that day....right....:zz:

What he did today doesn't negate his brilliant performance in the Juvy.

That said, I still feel that when the Kentucky Derby favorite doesn't debut until a fabricated stake on March 12, something's amiss.

Where did the KY Derby Contender Watch Me Go finish?? Each week the Derby is getting weirder and weirder

Hoist Her Flag 04-09-2011 05:06 PM

Arthur's Tale has got $200,000 now in graded earnings, and we've had some fall out of the Derby recently so it might be enough. Randy said the cut off was $180,000 currently. Another Bernardini.

Haskin's done well today with horses he's liked in the past finding the winner's circle. Toby's Corner and Joe Vann. My Illinois Derby feed kept buffering so I'll have to catch the replay to see how Joe Vann looked.

May not be a stellar crop(unless The Factor romps again next week), but now the Derby is one hell of a wide open betting race.

With this Mo flop, and the Florida Derby debacle for that handful of former top Derby hopes, along with the rash of recent injuries, the ALL OTHER 3 YO'S option in pool 2 of the future wager looks good for the exacta (and my 3 entry box of all others/The Factor/Astrology. I've yet to hear a word on Astrology since the last race, however, other than that he's tired:()
