As for your prediction. No sh.it any team in the NFL can win any game. Am I supposed to be blown away by stating the obvious? They aren't a good team. And beating the Packers didn't make them a good team, especially coming off a 27 point loss to the Jets. That's the NFL. Anybody can beat anybody. That's been the whole point. It's foolish to just look at one thing, which is what you are doing. Obviously the Chiefs aren't as good as the Packers. But for one day they were. It's fine to look at the fact that the Broncos were winning. But it was (and still is) shortsighted to not acknowledge one of the reasons they looked good and were winning was because of their competition. Those things like important players not playing was not the sole reason. But it was part of it. I just figured these things would be obvious. Especially to someone who follows the NFL so closely. |
what was proven true? that I don't follow the Texans? solid proof, buddy.
I just find it terrifically awesome that the one thing you cherry picked from my arguement... the Chiefs.. came out and beat the Packers. Maybe karma took a flight from denver to Kansas City. |
I'll make a reversal and agree with you that the Jets suck though. Who does Holmes think he is mocking the opposing team that is downright beating your as.s?
I just really really really really need them to beat the Giants next weekend. Go Rex! |

Desean Jackson did it earlier in the season.. and it made him look like a loser. Philly still hasnt let up on him. Yesterday was Santonio's turn. You still mad that Shonn Greene can't do what Shady can do? ;) |

I wonder how much money Desean has cost himself by being a prissy bitch who won't go over the middle. Had he acted like a man and played like he has the first few years, he'd be getting 10 mil per year like Holmes.
I still hope we retain him though. Our offense looked horrible the one game he was out. at least he opens up things for other players. |

He'll still make money, but most likely not as much as he would have had he been a productive player and teammate this year. He hasnt been the same since he was crushed by the falcons corner last year. you can see the fear in D-Jax eyes when he has to go over the middle. I love the little man and his speed... but it is what it is. Maclin is a better overall receiver. |
Unless the fix is in to get Luck, I think the Colts will upset the Texans this weekend. At least cover the number.
Power out in San Fran. Its dark man, dark. |
