Casino Drive is an easy toss, Tiago more difficult but you have to draw the line. Go Between seems pretty logical to me. |

Any shot Curlin goes off at 5/2 in the Classic with the pro ride question mark? If so I think given this field that would be a price that is interesting.
|
No chance. However, you might be able to get something like 6/5 on him if you like him that much. Once all that Japanese $$ on Casino Drive gets into the pools ala Deep Impact in the Arc, I'm guessing most people should be satisfied with the prices they get on the animal they like...unless it's Casino Drive.

Curlin is 7/5 ml
Raven's Pass is 6/1 second choice. Go Between 8/1 Duke, Henry, Casino all at 10/1 Colonel John 20/1 Fairbanks 10/1 Champs and Tiago 15/1 Student Council 20/1 Smooth Air 50/1 |

Can someone tell me how Fairbanks is 10-1? Did I miss something?

What a horrible race.

This is vindication for Brad Thomas, who received a great deal of criticism last year when he made the lines as the races were drawn. He did an outstanding job compared to this year.

Vindication for BT, IMO, would be ACTUALLY WINNING AT THE RACES, i.e. SHOWING A CONSISTENT PROFIT, rather than basically wasting his time doing color/morning lines for MTH/MED. What's next for him: posting on DT or PA? |
