If the commonwealth of MA could move in the right direction we too could have 5k claimers running for 25k

The retards here in Kentucky don't get it either. Maybe Smarty Jones getting sent to Pennsylvania will make them open their eyes.

Redboard King entered back Tuesday for the new connections Robert J Seeger and his Plumstead Stables. Seems like Seeger can't find the winner's circle at the same rate he did prior to his suspension...odd.

We are going to be shopping at the Keeneland sale today for a possible replacement for RBK. Steve will keep you updated on the potential hip numbers, most sell later in the day and there are lots of scratches so the sale should move along. Our emphasis is going to be on a winter horse for Parx so no turf and most importantly must have conditions.

So, this possible purchase will replace RBK in this partnership????

Watching the feed for R2 @ Parx - NOT impressed with the way RBK is being handled....

SuffolkGirl 11-16-2010 11:56 AM

2nd by a neck or so

Looks like he ran well. the 7 was closing hard. Good for RBK in his first start with his new owners

We were interested in 3210, a 3yo Tiznow filly. Went for $15,000.

About 20 hips away from a 2yo colt we may try to land.

3267(Tawaared) just went through for 30k I think, must be broke down to be sold for that low after those last three performances

Scav 11-16-2010 03:05 PM

3275 (Unbridled Heart) in the ring now, another cripple I think, isn't this the horse that freaked first or 2nd and hasn't done a thing since?

He definitely won't sell for more than the money he's burned!

chip in knee that probably needs to come out. If he wasn't by UBS I would be a little more opmistic about his return.

I didnt find anything that fit within our budget restrictions. A few that we were looking at went for double what I thought they were worth. Hip number 3280 was a ghostzapper 2 yo that just ran 2nd in a fairly weak mdn 15 at Hawthorne with a 41 beyer. He was ok looking, nothing special but he would have fit at Parx in a 12500 maiden claimer. Figured he was going to be between 7500-10000. Went for 32000.
