For Those Who Are On Oracle's Mailing List

I just wanted to let all of you know that I am the reason he has had to resort to sending that information to you via private messenger. Also, I am the reason he no longer posts information on here. Why you might ask? Because on June 6th of this year I let my opinion be heard. If you have any questions about what I speak of, please ask Mike (Oracle) because I am sure he will be more then glad to share with you what I speak of.

For those whom have lost money (as Oracle, Mike, told me so many did) because he did not share his information on here, well now you don't have to worry about that now do you? Just get on his list. I am sure you will profit from his info as he no doubt knows this game.

I just could not take any more private messages from Mike (Oracle) about this subject. He has done nothing but rub in my face the fact that I was outspoken about his idea of selling information on this site. Someone else was as well, so I was not alone but I will never tell who that is because I respect that person's privacy.

I wish I could post what he has said to me on private messenger, but I will not because that would not be right. Mike, your act is offically old. I have said or done nothing on here since June 6th, the date of my last episode. I have cleaned up my act but yours continues. Why should it change?

You get away with calling people stupid, saying you want to set someone on fire, threaten them with bodily harm but yet no one calls you out the way you need called out. Thats where I step in.

I would suggest to you that you raise enough money to create your own "fantasy land" where you can sell information, trip notes, bias reports, workout information etc.. Not too mention anyone who ventures in and makes a post that resembles they have knowledge on the game can be ridiculed to no end by you. But I swear on my Grandfathers ashes, I will never apologize for what I said on June 6th. Never. That is my opinion. You, you apologize once in a blue moon.

Good day my friend, your act is old.

DRAMA, DRAMA, DRAMA

Sometimes, I wonder if YOU are Mike pretending to be another poster so that he can see how the rest of us respond. I can see him being the kind of person that would most likely find that sort of thing humorous. In fact, I think a lot of what he posts is because I can't really figure out if he is laughing behind the screen as I do a lot of times, or if he is being serious.

Scav I get pissed at you sometime but I have to admit your one liners are ****ing hysterical.
For the record, noone will be "charged" anything for analysis.
The reason for Curt's outburst is that he(are you guys ready for this?) actually pm'd me and asked to be put on the list!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ky, I am not Curt, but I have been laughing all afternoon at the sheer irony of the cause of the outburst. Lets go back to talking horses as we have been doing quite nicely all day long ok?

randallscott35 08-29-2006 06:09 PM

Mike is quite simply the most misunderstood poster I've ever seen. He's passionate about things he feels and it comes across the wrong way sometimes. He isn't mean or nasty or any of the things people say. Again, he needs to be taken with a grain of salt. 2 minutes, I don't know what the particular beef is, but I'm sure it can best be handled off the main board.

1st_Saturday_in_May 08-29-2006 06:15 PM

Maybe I'm wrong but isnt this whole thing over a joke when Oracle, Hooves, and maybe some others said that they were going to charge $20 for their analysis? I thought the uproar from that was damn funny!

2MinsToPost 08-29-2006 06:23 PM

simply put yes I asked him if he would put me on the list. I ASKED. sorry I did, but looking back glad I did. cause his response was what set all this in motion, then he dug up some old dirt. I thought him and I put this behind us, guess not.

my point again in this thread is to let everyone know that I am the reason he no longer puts out the info he did before. Me, all me. Blame me. And believe me, he has reminded me of this numerous times today. Just time for the public to know, in case some of you missed all the drama in June.

1st_Saturday_in_May 08-29-2006 06:27 PM

Curt, maybe I'm wrong man, but it sounds like you're being really hard on yourself. Dont blame yourself, I really dont think that you're the reason but perhaps I'm wrong...

Randall, I wish I could believe that. But things oracle has written to CR and dalakhani in the past few days are so far over the "mean and nasty" limit that it's impossible, for me at least, to chalk it up to "misunderstood". "Vicious" is more like it.

stop being a *****, if the man wants to market his knowledge, let him. This is America, capitalism's home town.

Gander 08-29-2006 07:36 PM

Curt, you kill me. You come up with some of the funniest threads on this board. Please dont ever go anywhere, this board needs you!

Danzig 08-29-2006 07:39 PM

perhaps 2mins could change his name to 'martyr'...blame me, it's all my fault.

oh, and while you're at it, change where you leave non-racing threads like this one, in the OFF TOPIC section.

but then, martyrs want attention, don't they. not as much to be had outside the main board....

and now (hopefully) back to your reguarlarly scheduled programming.

no it doesn't. enough humor in every first time graded winner being declared the second coming of eclipse...every new sire the next lexington....

or watching in early spring as some jump from bandwagon to bandwagon every time a new prep is run.

Gander 08-29-2006 07:42 PM

I miss the drunken tirades when he goes through and writes how he really feels about us. Those were awesome.

If you miss those, then you must really miss Blocky. LOL

Gander 08-29-2006 07:48 PM

Ahhh, if you say you didnt find those threads at least a bit comical, then you are a liar. Either that or you lost more than your paycheck at the track last week, you lost your sense of humor.

poor guy, bad enough tying one on....but then to come on here, and show everyone else you can't hold your booze.

Gander 08-29-2006 07:53 PM

Hes entertainment though and I commend him for avoiding the stupid polytrack discussions and the overblown Barbaro threads. Man I have never been so sick of a horse in my life as Barbaro. God bless him and I hope he recovers but he gets more press than Jason Giambi gets shots in the azzz.

i think it's toned down a lot....bernardini is the one getting most of the press.

it's a good story tho. i seem to remember repent complaining about smarty threads a few years back! of course, you could always get him to leave that alone by bringing up hoty azeri...

where is that guy anyway?

I believe Smarty stands on some farm in PA but I could be wrong. I loved Smarty, the only time I ever bet him was when he lost, LOL, I can get any horse beat! LOL!

That made me laugh, too, and I freely admit to having an unhealthy obsession with his recovery... Barbaro's, that is. Not so much Jason Giambi's azzz.

Danzig 08-29-2006 08:19 PM

c'mon gander, ya know smartys in ky!

That's awesome that you saw most of them. Wild Again was pensioned a couple of years ago, right? Did he still look fat and happy?

he was out in his paddock munching away.
i asked if there was any way to see slew o'gold. shot down in flames. 'he's not on the tour' she said. dammit. and since i refuse to grovel, esp when it would be futile, i left it alone.

rahy is a HAM! poses for the camera. war chant is full of himself.

but i enjoyed claiborne more. monarchos is a big puppy. have pics of me and him, i could have petted him all day, he wouldn't have minded i don't think. but the groom on the other hand...and tony...

pulpit was very well behaved, as was arch...seeking the gold, i wouldn't want to be the one to handle that guy! but the highlight of the entire trip, danzig! so glad i got to see him.

we also went to the cemetary there, it was very touching. and i know they buried danzig there this winter. the groom said that when they lost devil's bag that at first when everyone found out a horse was down, they all thought it was danzig. thank goodness it wasn't.

so much history there...easy goer, secretariat, mr p all still have their nameplates on the stalls they were in...eddington wasn't there yet, but he's going to his old mans stall.
wonder where first samurai will be? maybe in danzigs old place, since they're related...a bit distantly, but still.

sumitas 08-29-2006 08:44 PM

it's so nice that they stall a horse where a family member once was.

Danzig 08-29-2006 08:44 PM

i'm going back in a year or two. i'll be dragging tony kicking and screaming, but i'm going back.

gonna do a ny trip too, go to belmonts closing week and then the 'toga opener..oh yeah! knock out the two in one week. my friends, it doesn't get any better than that.

and one day, del mar. but ny first.

Danzig 08-29-2006 08:46 PM

matter of fact...i know some people try to go to every baseball field. i'm going to every track. just gimme time...

Thank you for telling me about it... I'm so glad Monarchos was nice. One of our clients is his breeder and he really helped put Two Bucks Farm on the map for them. :) I hope I can visit Claiborne one day as well.

cajun--I saw albert the great two years ago when I was there--he was sound asleep and never woke up even though there must have been twenty people in the barn---his groom said "that's the sleepingist horse I ever did know" (real quote word for word).

Danzig,

I am sooo jealous! Just a month ago I was telling my husband we had to go to Ocala to visit some horse farms when the "big" guys were there. I haven't looked into it yet. My mom lives up there and is going to look into try and getting us some tours if possible.

Thanks for sharing your stories of visiting the farms. I enjoy hearing them.
