how about the dead heat in the last race? one horse paid out for the pool, the other carried over. that photo review had to be agony for somebody.

Is that how it works...1/2 the pool is paid and the other 1/2 is carried? The payout with the 5 was approx $750K..I wonder if I would be pi$$ed or just glad I hit for the 1/2.

25% is traditionally given to 5 of 6 while the take out is the last quarter in many. Carry is the rest in alot of scenarios
