Legendary Sammy Baugh, 94, passes

As great a football player as ever lived. With Layne and Graham, helped transform the game..

No stadium ever shook like old RFK. When I came to Washington in 1994 the job came with 4 season tickets Sect 331 Row 21 Seats 11-14. The first game the place shook like a belly dancer in heat and my wife left crying because she "knew" the place was coming down. Too bad Gus Ferrotte, Norv Turner and Desmond Howard were also on that team. Great seats.....bad team!! Sad city that year. RIP Mr Baugh....somehow Baugh passing seems appropriate.
