2yo son of E Dubai and Shesastonecoldfox was impressive in his debut in a MSW for NY breds at the Spa today. I loved Shesastonecoldfox who was a super 2yo in state bred races a few years back.. her connections ambitously placed her in the BC Juvy Fillies race(where Tempera won, I believe).. She was never really the same after that race. Her son made her proud today though!

Yep, the classic Finger Lakes connections of M.A. Ferraro and John Grabowski traveled to the Spa that summer and took down TWO MSW races.. one with Shesastonecoldfox.. and the other with Smokiesabandit. Smokie went on to have a respectable career in sprints as a gelding.

Me too. I see Elusive Fox has been training at Monmouth, but I'm hoping he shows up in more NY bred races, some good ones for him this fall.. Maybe even a trip to Finger Lakes??

how's Zippy Chippy doing ? Is he an outrider horse at FL ?

He hasn't raced in a while. I assume he's retired at this point. He was banned from racing at Finger Lakes, so I'm not sure if he's an outrider there or not! :)

As I recall it wasn't too shocking as she was chalk.She did run good.

Yes, I believe I read Zippy Chippy is a lead pony at Finger Lakes.
