Come on Alex you can do it .... |
I'm hoping Howard Belvoir makes it three in a row.
I love his two boys and although i gotta hope Wasserman does it here... will be happy enough if it's Assessment. Haven't looked at pp's so these are only sentimental picks... |

Thanks! |
this is the worst Longacres Mile field in recent memory for me. NO FREAKIN SO CAL HORSES. Goin with the Russell and Davos, and I might stop by the track as they are giving away IPADS!!!

edit - Isn't Gallant Son from here (So Cal)? |
Very good betting race, thus a simple win bet for me on 15-1 Jersey Town. And, let it rain!
|
does anyone have any PPs for the race please
|
Good betting race indeed.
Taking a shot with a Tri P/W 4 5 9 / 4 5 9 / 2 4 5 9 10 11 = $48 PAID $275 FOR $1 |
I spoke to soon, Gallant Son is coming back here. In any case im all for Gallant Son in this race, talent and class should win here.
|
Almost Time is my pick

Whodathunk my saving win of the four wagers of the day would have been a spontaneous $100 place bet on the 8 in the 7th at Ferndale as I was leaving the OTB after my main three (losing) bets. Seemed like Chris Russell was the only real jockey in the race. I was on the "real jockey" angle. |
Noosa Beach wow! I cant knock anything about the horse even if I didnt like him to win, hats off. He probably ran one of the best local campaigns in our state's racing history. Grabbed a quarter, ran fast on a very dull/dead ground. Could be a real surpirse in the BC dirt Mile should he end up there.

The 4th and 7th place horses are without question the two horses you want from that race.
