How much rain?? and who likes it

That storm is gonna bring tons of rain on Sat up at the Spa, so no more saying if the track is fast because it wont be:D

In the Forego/Woodward who are the mud/slop horses??

Hopefully get some nice prices on some horses who is not as good but love to run in the wet stuff

Commentator is 3 for 3 on off tracks, is inside of the other speed, has a class advantage over most of these...., Could be a single in the ESPN Pick 6.

One Big Prob with Commentator is that post He drew the 2

He is gonna get pinched hard against the rail and with this much speed in the race he might either be stuck behind or pushed back that he will have to go 3/4 wide

Does anyone know how Pomeroy or Silver Wagon runs in the slop??

I use BRIS early speed figures (E1) and according to them, none of these is faster early than Commentator. Pomeroy and Spanish Chestnut might come up side of him, but won't get in front of him.

Exactly.. Commentator won't get trapped behind other horses.. he'll be gunned from the start and I think he'll have enough to get home first..and a wet track only helps his cause IMO.
