have you heard of him?
 

i was wondering if anyone in here has heard of a handicapper by the name of john conte?
and if so,do you have a opinion of him?
a freind of mine gets his daily picks pays for them
and i was just wondering if hes worth following or just another looking for money?

Didn't he win the NHC a year or two ago? Don't pay for picks. . .

i dont know what my buddy sees in this guy
but maybe he is good i have not a clue

John Conte did win the NHC, he was also a public handicapper for years for one of the major NY newspapers, either the Daily News or Post, I think maybe the News. Steve has had him on his show and he knows how to handicap horses. With that said, I agree with Hockey in that you should not pay for picks, there are plenty of excellent handicappers on here that you can get great opinions from for free.
