Oy... DWL wheeling Chalybeate Springs back into the Lecomte off the scintillating 49 Beyer maidenbreaker last Saturday at Oaklawn.

Haven't looked at pps yet but I was surprised to see Mullins Beach.

How old is she now? 7?

Good luck to her and to Dubious Miss who I'm a huge fan of.

Probably shouldn't post till I have picks but whatever. Hope he wins. I've played him to win so many times maybe he'll pay me back. :D

He has to strike while the iron is hot.

This is really funny. Over the summer during Toga a fellow DT member told me that Chalybeate Springs is the best looking horse he has ever seen. Went on an on about him and said he was betting him because he could turf...... As for the race, Ill be playing some type of pick 3's with the all Stakes race sequence. Ill try to get live to 2,8 I guess. I would think theres not much here moving forward.

King Glorious 01-19-2012 10:18 PM

Applauding tries to stretch out here. I'm more excited about her than any horse in training.

Kasept 01-21-2012 09:20 AM

Hersh: Exfactor a Lecomte go but Applauding out of SBD..

Marcus Hersh says Bernie Flint has green lighted EXFACTOR for participation in today's G3 Lecomte at FG. Bashford/Sugar Bowl winning Exchange Rate colt kicked stall week ago.

Al Stall's APPLAUDING is a SCR from the Silverbulletday after displaying colic symptoms earlier this morning. OK now..

Shared Property is the key horse in exotics here

Shes out anyway... The 2 at double the odds of the Jones is unreal.

Mr. Bowling. :$:

DaTruth 01-21-2012 07:29 PM

Final time for the 8th, a MSW for 3yos, was slightly faster than the Lecomte time.

Calzone Lord 01-21-2012 07:56 PM

The Lecomte was brutal.

That MSW that was slightly faster was also similarly paced -- and had about six of them with a chance to win late in a race dominated by longshots.

I was surprised to see the Pletch horse at the rear of the field with Ted's Folly. He lost contact with the field late on the backstretch when Ted's Folly began his run. JV cut the corner with him and spent most of the stretch trying to get him to the outside.

Calzone Lord 01-21-2012 11:05 PM

If Neil Howard wasn't busy trying to make Sir Bond into an 8-mile heats pre-civil war racing type horse... he probably would have won the LeComte today and got some graded earnings.

Instead, he'll have another date with MSW company where he can once against be strangled into complete submission, make a big menacing far turn move, and hang late.

Looks to be 80 Beyers for Atlantic Titan (1:43.40) and Mr. Bowling (1:43.49) unless they split the Lecomte out. 91 for Believe You Can (1:42.34) in the Silverbulletday...
