Mitt Romney and his white board
Mitt Romney took out a white board today, trying to explain to the assembled press group how he really wasn't destroying Medicare as we know it.
It didn't work. He couldn't do it. And then it just degenerated into his lack of transparency regarding his offshore tax havens, etc. ![]() Obama 2012 later schooled Romney on how the white board should read according to the candidates stated plans for Medicare: ![]() |
"716 BB in savings" projected by not paying Dr.'s
Certainly the best plan to provide the best care... |
Look..I'll be the first to admit that Joe Biden's gaffes are humorous at best and embarassing at worst, but I would also hope everyone would find humor in Romney's attempts to write on the board, make a mistake, try and correct it, fail at that...then try again to erase the original blob...

Of course it was funny. |
Actually, that is a blatant, bold faced lie by Obama.
But who in their right mind would expect anything less? |

Maybe she is hoping that her donations will encourage Obama will set up a multi-billion dollar task force to send veterinarians over to Afghanistan to tend to all the doggies he's half blown up with his drones under the next stimulus. For the record I'm not on Team Blue or Team Red thus give little to no sh1t about either of them and will happily call out Dillweed, Dimmy, et al. when they purposely lie about their team's stooge. |

It was a massive fail, and a clear lie. The media has finally spent the last 24 hours revealing Romney is indeed lying about his Medicare plan. Today the Romney camp is refusing to "detail" any more budget plans, because they would be "held to potential results" Uh ... yeah. That's the kind of thing we make our voting decisions upon? Paul Ryan already said this weekend he wouldn't release any tax cut details until "after we are elected". This man Romney has been running for President for 8 years, and his campaign is an absolute disaster. I cannot wait for "Game Change 2" to come out next year about this years presidential. It was great when it was about Obama, Clinton, Palin, McCain, Edwards ... this will be ever better! |

Be specific - what part do you say is a "blatant, bold-faced lie". Talk about the policy points that you say are a lie. Hint: this is already enshrined as law by the ACA, so there's not any "what if" out there or guessing possible, it's all reality Here is Obama campaign rep Stephanie Cutter with an ad released today, with the details of what the Obama Medicare plan is, for your ease of reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0QQxG...layer_embedded Transcript policy points from Obama campaign from the video. Please point out which policy points are lies: Quote:
