i'm not sure that they knew what was up at the time, or that they are free to do such a thing. it seems it was only after, when discussing it with those who need sign language, that it came out that the guy was just up there flailing away. then he compounds his fraud with a bs 'excuse'.

it does seem a bit shocking tho, that they'd be so casual about who to hire to be near that many world leaders.

sign language guy was freakin hilarious. My wife says those aren't even real signs. I guess it shows how many deaf people watch these things....
