Update on IRS upgrade
 

Anybody got any updates on the progress of the MTH, PARX, PENN NAT ADW upgrades to the IRS new regulations ?

There was some press releases that they expected to comply by Oct. 10th, but haven't heard anything since.

We are going to a PARX OTB for BC, but are considering changing plans if this not in place yet.

I checked with Matt Hegarty last night and he says he has not gotten an update from Sportech. He did say many without the benefit of tote compliance are doing a workaround by calibrating payouts appropriately.
