What do you do with a pick 4 that has what will be a prohibitive favorite? If you include her with a bunch of others and she wins, the payoff may be smaller than your bet.... if you leave her out and she wins you feel like a fool..... if you key her and she gets beaten, you miss out on a boxcar payoff. Add to that the FOY where Hidden Scroll might either be a monster or an overhyped maiden winner and we won't know until the race is run. Is a puzzlement. But, I've got to play my ticket based on the way I think the races will be run, and that's the conclusion that Jaywalk has the field over a barrel but the FOY could go either way. If that conclusion is wrong, I'll be tearing up a lot of tickets.

Sorry, RQ. I didn't mean to make your job harder.:( The way my play has been going, I didn't expect to hit more than one or two of these bets.

Cal, from a quick perusal of your wagers, I think that RQ will need to lubricate the beads on his abacus to total up all of your winning trifectas, supers and super boxes.

A very strong day of handicapping my friend. Hope you had a few real $$ on your opinions.

Thanks. I guess I should play more supers. Unfortunately, they were a bit chalky so didn't return much. Better than a stick in the eye as they say. Still, so much better than I have been playing.:D I guess I am the proverbial blind hog(or Razorback, if you will).

Results may be delayed a month or two. I have already burned up two abacai (?) trying to tabulate Cal's wagers!

I laughed.:D I definitely overdid it with the supers. I was just reading on the main forum about "the stoopers"(see" Delta Downs Whoa") tying up machines at the track and making real bettors angry. When the 10 cent supers first came to Oaklawn, I remember the same thing happening. I think it was novice bettors that tied up the machines with a million combinations of 10 cent supers. I guess I might be accused of the same thing.:zz: Of course, now that I've hit a few, I'll probably want to make a few more super bets, but you can pretty much count on them all being losers. Seems like the way of gambling. So hard to repeat success. At least for me.
