I have a copy. It is OK. I think it is worth having. There is really only one part that I didn't find interesting and that was the part on the trainers. The body language of the horse was interesting.

I'll tell you one thing for sure. I read an article written by Donna Brothers in HorsePlayer Magazine back in the Summer and it went into great detail about what to look for in fit T-Breds, like their flanks, etc.. It has helped me cash many nice tickets when I am at Beulah for live racing.

I'd rather watch a golden girls marathon

At Beulah, you should be looking for any horse that can walk out of the paddock on to the track without a limp. If they make it that far, its your bet. With those horses its not about fitness, its about lameness.

Blanch used to be good looking on GG

He wants a lot of money for those DVDs $57+ ...

I hope he tells you how to pick a long shot 20-1 instead of when not to bet a 4-5 favorite horse.

i dont see a problem with somebody getting it. jerry bailey was probaly as big a student of the game as any1! his work didnt stop at the track, he also brought it home with him. racing did a nice job of bending him over with the eclipse and instead gave it to johnny v, bailey kicked his a$$ in%. brooklyn tracker musta been very influential there

You are giving him WAY too much credit.

For a jockey, Bailey was as big a student of the game as anyone.

The vast majority of jockies are mongoloid's who habitually under prepare and repeat the same mistakes over and over.

To Bailey's credit---he was the very rare jockey who had developed handicapping skills...and almost always seemed well prepared.

To make him out to be an authority on handicapping---as his DVD ads do--that's a little bit comical.

However, he was just about as good as jockies get...and I also think he does a pretty good job as a broadcaster.
