To follow up on RQ's notes about needing to DQ Indian Hemp, to be fair to all others, we could not accept IH's wagers since they did not follow the rules up to now. We've been a stickler with this before but we won't anymore.
Starting next year's handicapping marathon, we will allow wagers with either horse names or horse numbers or both. We prefer horse numbers but the rules will be changed as noted above going forward.
