Well said...I thnk the Midwest is better to but I'm probably biased...I prefer to bet Churchill, Fair Grounds, Keeneland before I bet any other track in the country - well, except Saratoga of course!!!
My main problem with NYRA racing is that outside of Saratoga there are soooo many State-bred races and I won't even touch those.....but, NYRA racing is FAR better than West coast racing...not even close IMO....
