My god, the boy was 17, there is no way to be sure that he was any more "mature" than the 15yo girl...2 years!!?? This young lady has been outspoken, along with her mother, that she was quite sexually experienced. We need laws to protect children, not persecute them! She admits that she instigated the encounter...to me, this entire thing is absurd.
