Deep Stack is basically a tournament where your starting chip size is larger than normal relative the stakes you're playing for. Turbo just means the blinds go up faster so the tourney doesn't tend to last as long.
As an aside...I sat at another 90 player SnG on Full Tilt last night...made the final table and finished 6th
