the 1st part you use is the common insult thrown at non-theists by seriously ignorant christians. is it because you think you can't be criticized in terms of ethics, civility, or tolerance when you're quoting the bible?
i don't mind having bible quotes thrown my way. i just ask that when you do it, you're wise and kind enough to use the entire quote and take responsibility for meaning every single word.
otherwise, it's just like me picking out the parts i like.
such as: "there is no god".
same passage.

I used the verse(Psalm 14:1) as an answer to Scuds, but you'll do as well.
If you wanted a discourse on that Psalm, there are scholars for that task.
I didn't pen the words, but the meaning is clear.
Ethics, civility and tolerance? That's quite an extrapolation for 11 words!
