He's a republican congressmen in Kentucky or somewhere in that part of the country. He was the guy who was responsible for the bill that would try to outlaw most forms of internet wagering. In addition, he was leading the opposition against the bill that would stop them from sending horses to slaughterhouses. That guy is the worst. I don't care what party he is in.
