Georgeous George brings his 132 Timeform rating (QE II) to the BC Classic. I like the decision by O'Brien and the Coolmore connections. They just missed with Giant's Causeway in 2000, who was very similar to George Washington. I still remember GC balking the the starting gate and then giving Tiznow a battle to the end. Plus, George gets plenty of dirt pedigree from his dam. It makes sense to take a shot at the best with a horse of this caliber.

Although, Bernardini has been spectacular, I am not waving the white flag and conceding the Classic to him. My buddy Joel will probably tell me to save my money, but I expect a huge (RATTLING) performance from GW in the Classic and I will back him up at the windows. I expect him to be around the 6-1 range come post time.
