Side by side comparision, it's almost not fair both races are rated the same status. Crazy...!

do they have planes in NY, that looks like easy money to me. Liquidity, Union Avenue is woefully average and Madeo is better at a mile, Artiste Royal is ok at best. Midships is decent.

Frankel is a legendary handicapper, therefore I wonder why he didn't bother splitting up ZS and CE unless he wants to enhance MS's chances, that's just about the biggest discrepency in similar grade 1's on the same day that I can remember.

EDIT - It's also a little strange to see Better Talk Now without Ramon on him, wonder if this will be his last Manhattan. One of his more memorable races was in this race when he snaked through the field to just get up beating Shakis among others.

well the 2, 4, 5, 13, 14 all raced out west before, seems like you would go for the easiest spot to cash, there is no value in future breeding winning either race.

Agreed. The positive is we have an intriguing race in the Manhattan though. Maybe Frankel is losing his marbles...
