Default Saratoga Friday July 21st

Race 1:
#8 Praetereo: Old-timer looks to get the perfect stalking trip.

Race 2:
#1 Wanda Fay: Improved enough on turf debut to be a strong player in a weak field.

Race 3:
#3 Planet Trailblazer: Standout on form.

Race 4:
#2 Hollow Point: Not disgraced on debut behind McCraken and then knocked off Local Hero in good maiden win. Two turns not his thing and nothing wrong with a solid second in the slop off a six month layoff. Race shape should suit, gets Irad, and double digit ML.
#9 Reason to Soar: Hugely impressive on debut taking out FL-breds before three solid runs in restricted stakes. Weaver 5 for 7 in the last 5 years going turf to dirt with shades off at SAR (although 4 of those came in off-turf races).
#3 Patternrecognition: Slightly disappointing last time out but is the one to beat.
#7 Hard Scramble: Impressive maiden win when finally cutting back to a sprint. Followed that up with a hard-fought miss and can be forgiven for caving against much tougher last out.

Race 5:
#6 Crimson Creed: No special sibs but bred to win young. Dam won at 2yo and 4 of 6 sibs won at 2yo, including one debut winner and another that won on Jan 2 of 3yo season. Strong sales work under a good hold. Will try to hold them off late.
#1 More Mojo: Dam was a 2yo winner at the Spa in her second career start. 4 of 5 foals to race at 2yo won at that age. Expensive yearling comes in with solid works.
#5 Southampton Way: Much stronger works, possibly with the shades on, for her second start.
#7 Honey Glow

Race 6:
#2 Itsinthestars: Sprinting looks to be her game and she should run much better in this spot.
#9 Wantagh Queen: Not disgraced over this course and distance in similar events last year.
#11 Same Kinda Crazy
#10 Buffalo Miss

Race 7:
Almost anything can win this...

Race 8:
#8 Snowfire: Daughter of a classy dam more than looked the part in an easy debut win. Strong work over the surface so I can't imagine that 6-1 ML holds.
#5 Limited View: Another that looked strong on debut, coming home in 12 flat. Has since worked 6f in 112 and change.
#2 Buy Sell Hold: Took out the boys in stakes company last out but now has to do it over 6f.
#9 Stainless

Race 9:
#8 Proctor's Ledge: Switches to Castellano, adds Lasix, and gets a 6lb turnaround from the winner last out.
#10 Victory to Victory: Blazed along too fast at PIM and this distance should be more suitable than her most recent run.
#11 Dream Dancing
#7 Party Boat

Race 10:
#3 Submit: 2nd off the shelf, 2nd time Lasix, upgrades to Jose Ortiz. Closed well into a moderate pace last time out.
#8 Sweet Connie Girl
#10 Veil
#12 Mizzencat
