Default Keeneland Thursday (4/10)

The PK4s at Keeneland have been paying pretty well so far this meet and I kind of like this one so I'll give it a try. Casting sort of a wide net and will probably put together a multi-ticket play with these.

Race 6

A:

#6 SPRING ELUSION (8-1)- 2nd start for Kimmel who may be heating up. Recent works have been fast and gets Gomez. (J/T ROI $4.19)

#1 Charming (7-2) - Regally bred $3.2M purchase, impressive works, TAP/JV, etc...

B:

#11 Everlasting Beauty (6-1) - Mott/Zayat Stormy Atlantic looks to be improving off of first two.

Race 7

A:

#1 Classic Campaign (5-2) - Looks pretty imposing. 2-for-3 on KEE turf with 3 wins at 8F. Mott/Prado should be tough.

#6 Yankee Master (8-1) - Underrated Linda Rice lures Kent D. who has had success with this horse. Ran huge on KEE turf in '05 and likes the distance. Value play.

B:

#5 Moonshine Hall (5-1) - Win machine likes KEE and distance. Solid J/T combo.

#7 Can't Beat It (6-1) - G3 winner, 2nd time Clement.

PX:
Save Big Money- wants more ground
Summer Doldrums- Form faded in last few in '07. This isn't the objective.

Race 8 - Looks like a 2 horse race to me.

A:

#8 Golden Doc A (4-1) - Solid G1 winner. Training well and won't be beaten by Ariege this time.

#7 Keep The Peace (4-1) - Could lead the whole way. Lost by a nose to highly regarded Bsharpsonata in last who came back to barely lose the G1 Ashland.

Race 9

A:

#4 Gift of Song (3-1) - KMC/Jersey Joe 36% with $4.20 ROI. 3 for her last 3 and could get an easy lead.

B:

#3 Be Envied (12-1) - Exits some key races from last summer. Can compete with a little improvement from last year.

#1 Almonsoon (4-1) - Pletcher/JV has run some nice ones. May not be her best distance, though.

#9 Winsome Ways (4-1) - Mott/Desormeaux. Best race was at this distance.

#10 Ballymore Lady (5-1) - Prado won on her two back. Toss her last.
