Down again, I think I had the right idea.
Last set of plays for today....

Race 4

$30 wp #4
$10 exacta box 4,9,13

$2 pick 3 wheel

4,9,13/1,2,3/1,7,10,11

I really think the 4 is going to win...

$1 pick 3
4/all/1,7,10,11

Another $40 win #4.

Definitely the right idea, but what didn't you like about the heavy favorite in the 2nd to leave him off a ticket where you were 5 deep in the race?

Matt the funny thing is I did not love the Rice horse, just did not have a big alternative and liked the first race. I totally ****ed it up.

It's tough for some to admit they were wrong. To somehow turn getting beat by a huge favorite while going 5 deep is the "right idea" is delusional.

Matt- I used to love Big Brownie, bet her a bunch of times. Made a huge score on her at Gulfstream beating a POS Orseno. Just was not sold on her today, but dam if one of those firsters would have just run. I was not sold at all on that 2nd timer. Just got this exacta for $10, ****ed up betting more $ on the 4.

Obviously hindsight is 20/20, but I thought Mother Russia was a really bad favorite. I was hoping that out of the 3 Rice runners (2 of them probably being near the lead), that the instructions for the 6 was to come from behind. It just didn't work out as the 3 ran got a great trip and ran big. But even if you didn't like the chalk in the second, not having her on the $2 back up ticket turned out to be a tough mistake. She seemed to be as big of a captain obvious horse as there is.

But congrats on the exacta and good luck the rest of the way.

As much as I did not like Mother Russia... Serling and his partner had her on top and Tammaro had her as unbeatable. I kinda got sucked in to her just not losing. As far as races 2-3. I thought the maiden in the 2nd was a lot less likely to win then the Rice, even though I was not sold on the Rice.
