Pace picture a little uncertain to me with Ausable River seemingly out early with I'm Wide Awake and Spirit of Peace the candidates to stalk up close or prompt. If they engage, the race can be run fairly and the 'class' (favored Call Wil, Sonny and Pally) will get their runs in and have every chance. War Chant 4yo Here He Fitz (8-1) returns to turf for Hertler and you can't hold him to the lone grass try in his 4th career start. Takes an authentic class drop from state bred ALW company and is real threat to start sextet off with a bang..

But there are pace pressures to his outside , notably Billy the Bull with bug boy Izzy Rodriguez. Jimmy Jerkens' Broman 4yo Knockher Off could sit ideal trip behind whatever pace battle is unfolding..
