Default Is Manning the best ever?

After last night, being reminded of just how good Peyton Manning is, I think it is about time the discussions begin as to whether or not he is the best ever. So what do people think, is he the best QB in NFL history?

Montana was the most overrated QB ever. Anyone could have been successful in that offense.

Forgive GPK's age gap.

I don't agree. Harrison and Wayne are certainly very nice receivers but Manning doesn't even make them work to make the catch. He lays the ball in the perfect spot everytime such that any receiver could make the catch. If he ever went down to injury I think you would see a major dropoff in Harrison and Wayne's numbers.

Bradshaw, Marino, Aikman. All as good as Manning. Hard to separate between them.

I couldn't agree more. I never see Manning lay them out. He hits them all in stride right in the hands, it is unbelievable.

Lets not hope he gets hurt this year thought, I have all three of those (plus Dallas Clark) in Fantasy

Marino had a pretty awesome line as well. Didn't he go like 20 straight games without being sacked? I think Manning makes his line look better than it is. His quick decisions and pocket presence really make his linemen look good. Too bad he never gets injured so we'll never be able to see how much he improves his teammates.

No you couldn't. Every pass you'd throw would either hit the offensive linemen in the ass or the defensive linemen in the nuts.....it'd be like trying to throw to recievers over top of the Great Wall of China for you....

Exactly. he has zero atheletic talent. He is suppose to be a golf pro and got his ass handed to him by comedy Marty, on like 43 minutes of sleep after pounding drinks all night. I'll let Marty fix my swing thank you very much.
