No doubt. I was hoping Blutigeroo would show more this campaign. Maldivian does look like a beast and Miss Finland wasn't going to pick him up. O'Reilly looked nice this weekend too, but it was a different class race altogether. |

![]() Yeah real odd about freedmans bunch, but tell you what he has some really fantastic two year olds this year ,That Exceedingly Good is the Real deal & will only get stronger. Was still hoping maybe better would do something but still nothing,
I got to say this & maybe get shot down but to me Hayes has made some real bad decisions of late, Sometimes a jock just dosnt suit a horse & i dont feel craig williams suits Shrewd Rythim but still craig from day 1 comes out with crap blaming everything but himself & hayes keeps puttting him on with another bad ride on sat how long will this combo piss me off ? |

Hope they're both okay. A big congrats to you though..... I didn't think he had a shot. Cheers. Did Eskimo Queen take lessons from Aqua? Blood and toil as Master O'Reilly wins October 20, 2007 FLEMINGTON trainer Danny O'Brien grabbed the quinella in a sensational Caulfield Cup today when Master O'Reilly wore down his stablemate Douro Valley for a gritty victory. Racegoers were stunned before the race when Maldivian, who had been favourite for the feature for weeks, and second pick Eskimo Queen were shock late scratchings. Eskimo Queen laid down in the gates and lashed out at Master O'Reilly who was boxed next to her. Maldivian became stirred up by the commotion and reared, hitting his head on the gates. He was led from the track with blood pouring from a neck wound. Master O'Reilly was passed fit to start and the rest is history. ”It's a dream come true for me and my stable,'' O'Brien said. ”To get both of these horses here and see them do so well, I'm speechless.'' It was the second recent Group One win for jockey Vlad Duric who won the Sir Rupert Clarke Stakes on Bon Hoffa at Caulfield on September 22. New Zealand mare Princess Coup was third in today's $2.5 million race. |
