Default Looking for a clip from a Steve Martin movie...

I figured someone here might know which movie its from. I don't really remember anything about the movie itself (what can I say..., it was the eighties!!), but in this scene Steve Martin is doing a crazy, ridiculous, over-the-top dance. I'm thinking the scene took place outside, maybe on some kind of patio or terrace. Might have been "My Blue Heaven", but I'm just not sure.
Anyone recall this scene??? Anyone? Anyone? (yet another great eighties movie!)
Thanks,
Suzanne

he did that schtick as far back as "happy feet" skits on snl.

if you're sure it's a movie from the 80's, you have the choice of:

the jerk (79), pennies from heaven, dead men don't wear plaid, man with 2 brains, lonely guy, all of me, 3 amigos, little shop of horrors, roxanne, planes trains and automobiles, dirty rotten scoundrels, parenthood, and my blue heaven (90).

probably one of the first 7 if you're sure it's a movie you remember and not the skit.

at the end of My Blue Heaven one of the guys does a big dance scene outside, but it isn't Steve Martin....it's Bill Irwin I think. But there is a scene where he teaches Rick Moranis to dance.
