Default Palin/Biden Thurs. night
I'm actually interested in this debate much more than I was McCain/Obama.

Rumor has it that McCain has been none to pleased with his staffs (former Bush aides) handleing of her thus far. McCain has sent his top aides to join her in Philadelphia and they are looking for a more combative conservative. Neither Palin or Biden hold much appeal to me personally, but I still look forward to this debate Thursday night.

I agree with everything you guys have said about this debate. Very, very tricky for biden. Palin can put in a C- and be considered an overwhelming winner.

He has to be mindful to keep it toned down and not to bite when she baits him.

You think he actually has enough restraint in him to not bite when she baits...and honestly, I think it is a given she will bait.

that would be the most hilarious thing ever in a debate.

i'm like kev in that neither one of them appeals to me at all. but i might watch. i haven't seen much of palin at all-unless you count tina feys satirical take on her. and i haven't seen biden in a while, not since he was running for pres.

i haven't watched any other coverage of the candidates; no interviews, none of the conventions, etc. i usually hold off til now, but i did miss last fri nites debate.

i think the good news for her is the couric interview lowered expectations enough that anything short of her peeing on the floor can be spun as a win.

it should definetly be a better show than the presidential debates. i would expect haymakers from palin. not much to lose.

Filled out my absentee ballot last Saturday. I had to end the madness and get it done. Last bubble I filled in was for President....

I'll be at a football game tonight and not watching. I'll catch the hi/low points from our fine political analysts here.

is this true about palin? she really said this?!

he cited Palin's religious views and that she once said it was God's will to build a multibillion-dollar pipeline to deliver natural gas from Alaska to the Lower 48 states.

she's starting to remind me of a female george bush.
