![]() Had meant all week to bring up the passing of the warm, funny and engaging writer, monologist and uniquely 'American' figure. He was terrific and I loved everything he was involved in including his great turns on Prairie Home Companion.

![]() His last comments involving the couple making
a airport train late was so Studs... I think the new world of information had him thrown for a loop. I get the feeling he really had a hard time handling a feeling that the world was becoming less human with more information and how technology was being used. I would like to hear someone else's take. He seemed very disillusioned with our current "progress". Sad because he seemed like he left us in a dissappointed mood. |
