Default 'Watchmen'.. (And the 'Star Trek' film too)

Saw 2 movies over the weekend and 2 trailers got me interested. First is Watchmen. My interest is piqued though I was unfamiliar with the comic/serial. Are there many fans of it juiced for the film? Seems to have a great deal of buzz... And, it features the great Jackie Earle Haley!

Second, the Star Trek 'prequel' looks 100% fabulous for original TV series fans... Origins of young Kirk, Spock, McCoy and Scotty. This can't miss. Plus, the king of B movies, Bruce Greenwood, as Christopher Pike (!).. (Not to mention Diora Baird as a slave girl..)

Bet the Magna 5 and then you'll have enough money to rent out the whole theater.

I recently finished the Watchmen graphic novel. It looks like it might be pretty good.

Of course, I grew up with Star Trek....

I think he's a very underrated actor Steve, he was very good in "The Sweet Hereafter" one of the best films of 1997!
