Default Gladiatorus and Eastern Anthem

Poor boys.

They are back off to the clowns in blue this year for a European Campaign. It's funny how neither of them can win any decent races while under the care of Godolphin, but as soon as they go to a different stable they both win Group 1 races.

As I've always said, horses go to Godolphin as group horses, and leave as handicappers.

The only question is....... how long before both of them are injured?

Stay safe, boys but I feel you'll both be mentioned on the retirements thread before the year is over

Whilst acknowledging that both Gladiatorus and Eastern Anthem have been long on potential in their time, their massive improvement seems to good to be true...if you know what I'm saying. Particularly given the freakish manner in which Gladiatorus has been going about his stuff.

Bin Shafya is a trainer I'm going to class with the likes of Peter Bowen, Alison Thorpe and David Flood from now on. The only miracle is that he doesn't train in Wales.

I'm off to the bar; milkshake anyone?

CSC, he was in England working for Clive Brittain but something to o with his visa ended up with him being arrested (kind of) and sent back to the UAE.

Harry, is he a good trainer or are Godolphin just incredibley poor? I wouldn't like to say which of those two statements are true. Once again, I't shart of the British flat season, where we find out just how many horses Godolphin have 'stolen' from other stables, how many horses they have injured in Dubai (which brings me onto the point, where on earth has Rio De La Plata been for all this time?!?!?!) and which horses could win good races for other trainers.

I was having an interesting conversation with a mate last night. He asked me the following question......

"if godolphin had Peeping Fawn, they would have given up with her before the Oaks, discuss"
