What do they mean by "open minded?"
Someone sent me this job posting on Craigslist....

Love the country life. No children living with you (single room only) Non smoker. At least 21. Fit and able to do your part. Not scare children & animals with your looks. Be nearly anal about neatness & cleanliness. Have an interest in the restaurant/bar business(in a coyote ugly way). Be open minded and okay with living closely with a attractive 50 yr old couple. Love horses & riding. Be good with people & get along with women as well as men. Be able to be a good friend, partner and always take care of business and what needs done before playing. (okay to whistle while you work and blend fun with work) Be fun and looking for more of a longterm thing and not just a free ride or party. This comes with a paying onsite job also.
