I thought there were fifty states. How does the District of Columbia get counted as a state? Im suprised Louisiana didnt make the list with all the great establishments they have on Bourbon Street. Im hoping for Fat Tuesday the bars on Bourbon Street have the three shots for the price of one shot again.
