I would hate to try and make an accurate M/L for this one. |

Go JB go.
I need to see the PPs to get a better idea if this race will set up for his style of run. But I know that race in KY in will, so all I ask now is that he run credibly on the scenario he gets now. |

I'm interested in seeing Jackson Bend face a good field like this
Not convinced he wants a classic distance, but he could turn out to be a very nice horse. Winslow Homer is the horse I'll be taking a long look at in here. |

Wonder who will ride Jackson? I imagine Zito will make a switch even though the kid at Calder did a good job.

Hasn't Jackson Bend already handled Homeboykris, or was that D'Funnybone?
Or maybe it was both. Piscitelli is a wild card. I thought he was one to look out for down the road after a nice middle move in the Lane's End Futurity; then he ran a gut buster in the BC with Desormeaux completely revamping his running style. Seems like some talent is there, but with his preferred style up in the air now and switching back to dirt, I'm not expecting him to light the world on fire in this one, which is coming up salty. A placing should be enough to keep him on the radar. |

Winslow Homer is another Fox Hill Farm colt that looks like he might have a chance to make it to Churchill Downs. In the past this barn has had some good three year olds. Only time will tell if Winslow Homer is going to be good enough to get them over the hump at the Derby.

Have Aikenite played in the futures pretty heavy at 125-1. Guess I'll know if it is good value soon enough.

There has been way too much talk about Jackson Bend for him not to be the favorite unless a barn or owner or someone goes crazy on another horse.
