Default Superstitions and luck

It's been a loooong time since we've done this.

Anyone wanna share their superstitions, tell us about lucky items, admit their idiosyncrasies or any of the above? (For the record I do mean racing / track related and not sexual).

I remember an English Channel fan and something about seats and sunglasses ... oh and someone else who absolutely had to have a "crisp" form with no bent pages - or else!

Who wants to go first?

It's all a proven fact.

Oh yeah, refills on glass of water are strictly prohibited during the running of multi-race wagers. Suck it up, be a man and nurse the living sh*t out of that one glass.

Mothers Day last year I was at home not betting much but saw a filly entered at AP named Beautiful Lori - my sisters name and her first Mothers Day as a Mom, so I put a few on her. She won beating boys that day.

Then the next time she ran I was at AP and Tom was there and when he called her a fat pig or something of the sorts I decided not to bet on her again... which was good because she lost at a much lower price.
