He might be a JO? A lot of folks lined their pockets selling him stock at ridiculous prices. I dont discount he might not be a great guy? He did THROW millions into the game at the top of the market and that has got to hurt.

Why whats the bank going to do for you or RACING? You could be thinking about how crappy it is to come into a business and be fed to wolves for millions. Sanaan talks about how he got mauled by Bloodstock agents and other crimnals, you think it's great news that Zayat, who seemed to want to be a huge part in the sport is broke? I don't, I just thinks its another sad commentary on the sport. While I am sure Zayat is no saint, the sport needs owners spending 10 15 mil a year on racing not thieves lining their pockets waiting for the next sucker.

"Trainer Mike Mitchell said at the time that Thorn Song, the son of Unbridled's Song, was unlikely to make the Breeders' Cup, where he had been a leading contender for the Mile. "It's a small chance," Mitchell told the Form."

ummmm....small chance eh? Did Mitchell think he could get Thorn Song to rise from the dead?

How did he die anyway? From the foot abscess?
