Just curious....with all the terrible weather, I wondered about this "fortifying meal"

Old Fashioned or steel cut Oats are the healthiest. They are not as tasty and take longer to cook than the sugar added quick oats, but you can add honey, all fruit preserves, or fruit to them.

Organic, locally grown, steel cut. Soaked before cooking to improve digestibility.
