More rain in store for Friday. Look for the turf to have some give if you are handicapping early.

Mike, I don't know about you, but in the Suncoast, I don't like any of the gals coming out of The Gasparilla. They all looked like a bunch of drunken bums coming home down the lane. I think they will be overbet. None of the invaders even so much as show a work of the track. I'm a huge fan of Spidawoman in this race. She debuted going 2 turns on turf in the Apple Charlottte race and looked pretty decent considering it was her debut. I'm not sure what she beat in breaking her maiden, but she raced wide the whole way and looked pretty professional in the lane. Stretching back out should pose no problem for her, she likes the sand, O'Connell is pretty damn good and I am becoming a bigger fan of Edgar Perez with each passing day. I think the price will be right too |

Just getting around to watching the replays, but I wonder how much further Schoolyard Dreams ran than Rule.

Rule ran a pretty solid race but I hate betting horses to go wire to wire in the derby. I know its very early but any projections on how much speed will be in the derby? |

I'm interested where Eric's horse ends up next. Not the greatest of trips on Saturday. |
