![]() It wasn't posted and I must admit that Chinook's Pass was the most athletic sprinter I ever saw race at Santa Anita. I watched the gate open and he went to his knee'sin front and he got up and still had the lead by the first call.
I am amazed at the number of racing fans that never heard of "Chinook's Pass". #1 in my book. |

![]() I saw Chinook Pass at Longacres in 1991 on Longacres Mile day, they had turned him into a dressage horse, he was beautiful as he made his moves in front of the winner's circle. I'm sure Jon White will have lots of great memories of him on the show.
