Default Race opps elusive for Lloyd, Chasm

Starts are lined up for the NY team as racing moves to the Big A Inner!

LLOYDOBLER will enter today for a 2nd/layoff try in another MDN $60k Friday going 6f.

AUSABLE CHASM will enter Friday for the following Wednesday's (12/8) NY-bred 2yo filly N1X allowance going 6f.

The Racing Office didn't use the Maiden race for Friday. Not on the extras for Saturday, so we'll have to wait to see when it get brought back...

No. Nor did they bring it back as an extra on the overnight.

It's an indication that they got <5 horses and that there's no reason to bring it back immediately expecting 4-6 more interested parties to suddenly materialize. This is why we ran in the 2 stakes. Better to try those then sit around and wait for an ALW race to materialize. In fact, I don't believe there has yet been a first level ALW for 2yo NYB fillies run short on the dirt.
