Default luckiest track, unluckiest track?

Hi guys, just killing time while playing this hollywood friday night card.

I was just curious, what is your luckiest track and unluckiest track of all-time?
The track where everything seems to make sense, and the track where no matter what, can't even cash a 1/5 favorite.

For me, i would go with Hollywood Park for my luckiest track, for some reason, It makes sense there.

Unluckiest, I think I would have to go with the fairgrounds. I like the track, but I don't think I have ever cashed a winning ticket there.

I'll bite...not so much for a lucky track, but Monmouth is, by far, a track where I never get anything to go right. Just never, EVER.

best-Kentucky tracks
worst-West Virginia tracks

I will say this- never give up on the worst tracks.Time (and practice) can turn the tables. Never get too cocky at the best tracks, they're stabilizers for the bad times.

Same here. I love Monmouth, but I can count on one hand the number of tickets I've cashed there. I usually do relatively well at Fair Grounds, Saratoga and occasionally Keeneland.

I've always thought that it wasn't handicappers adapting to tracks, as much as it was specific tracks playing into ones innate skills as a handicapper. In other words, we all look at races a certain way. Some tracks play into our skill set and give us success, some don't and break us. When I say "tracks", I mean the physical track and of course the usual horse/trainer population.

Luck: Kee
Suck: Florida

I used to "date" a girl that worked at the bar at Kentucky Downs, so I'll say that is my luckiest.

The beast track to bet ever was the Lincoln State Fair Park. I used to be there on business for a week for several years running. At this track, regardless of distance or field size, whatever horse had the lead after the first call always won.

This couldn't be more true as I've been there several times and bet the track regularly because I live in Omaha. The trick, however, is figuring out which horses aren't too sore to actually try to get the lead AND which jockeys have the 1/2 a brain needed to go for it.
