Love the comments and while I hope that's not too much weight for the horse or anything ummm I'm split between wanting to say he was super excited and let him be and IDIOT as someone in the comments stated.  I think I feel like the former more... let the guy be happy and give him a private scolding and leave it at that.

I'm slightly hijacking this thread but just saw this video of Anthony Knott (the guy who climbed on the horse) winning his first race and it is hilarious - why national hunt racing is so brilliant :-)
