A Rekindled Love For Racing
I needed a fresh perspective. It sounds silly when I think about it, but I needed racing to be fun again. If even a shred of what I’m saying sounds familiar to any of you, I have three words. Go to Kentucky.

Nice article. Nothing like Keeneland and the farm tours in the spring and fall. Have done many weekend trips from Mi. over the years.

I spent 20 years visiting Kentucky, then moved here 20 years ago because nothing beats a Kentucky spring, it's that beautiful with the horses, foals, and green, green land
Nice article - thanks!

Great article...............reminds me of my trip to Keeneland for the 2010 Rood and Riddle Dowager won by Casablanca Smile. Started the day with breakfast in the track kitchen, then watching workouts on the apron followed by a drive in the country past a few of the farms before the racing started. Handicapping was really secondary that day. Easy for me to remember the appeal of racing after a day like that.
